News Release Date: December 17, 2010 The North and South Units of Theodore Roosevelt National Park will still be open for visitors on the holidays and primitive camping is available. The grounds at Knife River Indian Villages will also be open on the holidays. “This is a wonderful time for visitors to enjoy their national parks,” said Theodore Roosevelt National Park Superintendent Valerie Naylor. “Winter provides beautiful scenery for photography and many good opportunities for wildlife viewing.” -NPS-
