WASHINGTON — The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking business proposals to provide equestrian and related services at the Rock Creek Park Horse Center in Washington, DC for the next 10 years. Proposals are due by 4 pm EST Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
We are looking for an organization to provide private horse boarding, therapeutic riding programs, instructional camps, guided trail rides and riding lessons.

Those who obtain a prospectus from the website or plan to submit a proposal should provide contact information to Chad Tinney in order to receive amendments to the prospectus and other details.
Contract offers must be received by the Chief of Commercial Services at the NPS National Capital Region Office no later than 4 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
Guest Services, Inc. has provided services at Rock Creek Park Horse Center since January 1998. The current concession contract expires at the end of 2018. In accordance with the terms of 36 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 51, the NPS has determined there are no preferred offerors for a new contract.
