Location - The hiker/biker site in Gold Bluffs Beach Campground ONLY. Look for the access trail between campsites 19 and 20. Look for the hiker/biker sign.
Fee - It is $5.00 per night/per person to camp in this site. You pay your fee when you get to the Gold Bluffs Beach Campground, there is a metal fee box when you enter. Payment needs to be cash or check only for backcountry use.
Parking - It is your responsibility to print your parking pass and display it on your dashboard.
Food Security & Bears - All food items, cooking utensils, bathrooms items, or anything with a smell must always be kept secure in the food storage locker (unless actively using or cooking). Never feed wildlife!
Water - Potable water is available in the campground.
Fires - Use of portable camp stoves in lieu of campfires is strongly recommended. Campfires are restricted to designated fire rings only. Collecting of firewood is not permitted. However, you may purchase firewood from the Camp Host if available. Please do not leave campfires unattended or smoldering.
Human Waste Disposal - Restrooms with flush toilets and quarter operated showers are located within the campground. Animal proof trash cans and recycle bins available.
PLEASE remember to lock your vehicle, take valuables with you, and leave nothing in sight.

Parking at the designated parking area
The parking area is located off Newton B. Drury Scenic Parkway, turn onto the access road across the parkway from the Prairie Creek Visitor Center. Parking is allowed in the first turn-out, signs say backcountry parking.
It is your responsibility to print out your parking pass. If you do not have this parking pass on your dashboard, law enforcement will ticket your vehicle.
It is a 4.5-mile hike into this camp from where you park your vehicle.
