Entrance Fees

One hundred percent of your entrance fee dollars stay in the park and are used for projects directly related to visitor enjoyment, resource protection, and safety.

Weekly Passes

Vehicle Entrance Fee - $30.00
Motorcycle Entrance Fee - $25.00
Walk-in or Bicycle Entrance Fee - $15.00

Passes are good for seven days from the time of purchase. Vehicle and motorcycle fees include all passengers.

Non-commercial Groups - Per Person - $15.00
Per-person fee charged to non-commercial groups entering in a vehicle with a capacity of 16 passengers or more.

Annual and Lifetime Passes

Pinnacles National Park Annual Pass - $55.00
This pass is valid for 12 months from the month of purchase. It covers the entrance fee to Pinnacles National Park for the pass signee and accompanying passengers entering in a single, non-commercial vehicle. Pinnacles Annual Passes are available at park entrance stations and visitor centers.

AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL – THE NATIONAL PARKS AND FEDERAL RECREATIONAL LANDS PASSES
The America the Beautiful – The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass Series is your ticket to more than 2,000 federal recreation sites across the United States.

Passes cover:
  • entrance fees at national parks and national wildlife refuges
  • standard amenity fees (day-use fees) at national forests and grasslands and at lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and US Army Corps of Engineers

In general, one pass covers the fees listed above for a driver and all passengers in a personal vehicle at per-vehicle fee areas or up to four adults at sites that charge per person. Children age 15 or under are admitted free. Some passes provide additional benefits, such as a 50-percent discount on camping at some sites for holders of Senior or Access Passes. Always check with individual sites for details.

  • April 17: First day of National Park Week
  • August 4: One year anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act
  • August 25: National Park Service Birthday
  • September 25: National Public Lands Day
  • November 11: Veterans Day

Commercial Tour Fees

  • 1-6 Passenger Capacity $30.00
  • 7-25 Passenger Capacity $40.00
  • 26 + Passenger Capacity $100.00
Commercial tour companies must obtain a Commercial Use Authorization. Travel agencies that organize and book tour groups that will enter the park as part of business operations also require a Commercial Use Authorization Permit. Find out more about Commercial Use Authorizations and permits.
