An asphalt parking lot surface joins the edge of a concrete floor.
The information kiosk provides a level transition from the parking lot, as well as benches and shade.

The information kiosk includes paved parking and a level concrete floor. There is no threshold or ground level change when moving from the parking lot to the kiosk. Interpretive exhibits under the kiosk are wheelchair approachable.

The 1/4-mile augmented reality walking trail is a natural surface with mown grass. It is uneven and sometimes muddy in places.

Benches are available at the kiosk. There are also two benches available along the augmented reality trail.

Visitors may drive to the Burdick House and park in the grass in front. You may explore the grounds, but the Burdick House is not open to the public.

The grounds around the Burdick House are mown grass with uneven surfaces. To go to the Burdick House grounds, follow the gravel road south from the kiosk. The road surface is crushed gravel and pitted in spots. Its grade remains level.

Paved parking is not available at the Burdick House.
