Thinking about winter camping or boating at Lake Roosevelt? You now have the option to pay by credit card through your smart phone at all National Park Service operated campgrounds and boat launches at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Each pay station contains a QR code and instructions to help guide you to pay.gov where you can use your credit card to pay for weekly and annual boat launch permits and campsite fees.
Weekly and annual boat launch permits can be purchased before you arrive but campsite fees must be purchased once you have arrived. Please keep in mind that weekly boat launch permits are good for seven consecutive days including date of purchase and annual boat launch permits are good from date of purchase until December 31st of the year printed on the pass.
As we move into the summer season, you will still be able to either reserve a campsite through Recreation.gov or pay for a first-come, first served site through pay.gov with your credit card and smart phone.
