BOULDER CITY, Nev. – Lake Mead National Recreation Area law enforcement rangers are conducting a traffic safety checkpoint on Saturday, June 15 to target people driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The patrol takes place from 3 to 10 pm on Lakeshore Road at Mile Marker 3.

This patrol will be conducted in coordination with law enforcement agencies throughout the Las Vegas Valley. The goal is to reduce the number of DUI incidents this weekend. Anyone caught driving while impaired will be arrested.
