The daily entrance fee for Kennesaw Mountain NBP is $5. This can be purchased online, in our Visitor Center, or at any of our 5 Automated Fee Machines located in our major parking lots. A valid debit/credit card will be needed as none of these locations accept cash.
The Daily Pass is valid for the date of purchase only. It admits all persons traveling in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle (car/truck/van) and is non-transferable. This pass does NOT guarantee a parking spot. In-person Purchase Locations

ParkingWhen you park your vehicle in the park, your proof of payment is a KEMO Daily Pass, a KEMO Annual Pass, or an America the Beautiful Pass. Physical passes must be displayed from the inside rear view mirror or on the dashboard of your vehicle, making sure the face of the pass is visible from the outside. Digital passes will be tied to your vehicle's license plate number. Shuttle Bus on the weekends (Shuttle Bus service is NOT currently running)Kennesaw Mountain road is closed every weekend and on holidays but we offer a shuttle bus that will provide transportation to the top of the mountain. You must obtain a ticket to ride the bus. Tickets to ride the shuttle bus are free with the purchase of KEMO Day or Annual Passes, or any of the America the Beautiful Passes, and can be obtained at the Visitor Center. Visitor Center hours are 9 am to 5 pm every day except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day. You may also obtain any of the America the Beautiful Passes at the Visitor Center. Only credit/debit card accepted, no cash. Automated Fee Machines Purchase your KEMO Day or Annual Pass at our Autmated Fee Machines. These machines are located at the Visitor Center lot, the Overflow lot, the Burnt Hickory lot, the Illiinois Monument lot, and the Cheatham Hill Rd. lot during park hours. Only credit/debit card accepted, no cash. Online A KEMO Day or Annual Pass may be purchased online. We recommend that you purchase this pass online after finding a parking space as the pass does not guarantee parking. You may also scan the QR Code located on signs in our major parking lots. Purchasing this pass online will require you to input your vehicle's license plate number. There will be no physical pass to display, compliance will be checked via your license plate. America the Beautiful PassesA valid America the Beautiful pass is now acceptable for entrance to Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park. Display it in your vehicle as you would a KEMO Daily Pass or an KEMO Annual Pass. An America the Beautiful pass is your ticket to more than 2,000 federal recreation sites. Each pass in this series covers entrance fees at areas managed by the National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. A pass covers entrance and standard amenity fees for a driver and all passengers in a personal vehicle at per vehicle fee areas (or up to four adults at sites that charge per person).
