Public Comment Period for Anza Trail Foundation Document

The Anza Trail team invites the public to share thoughts on what is most important about the trail for our Foundation Document. The public can make comments by going to the following website between July 16 and August 16, 2021: https://parkplanning.nps.gov/jubafoundation

The Anza Trail Foundation Document will help guide the trail's administrative and planning actions by clarifying the purpose and significance of the trail; identifying the important historical, cultural, and natural resources; and underscoring the major themes and stories that should be told. This document will guide us in management and planning decisions and provide a basis for prioritizing future needs.

Our public comment period is open from July 16, 2021, to August 16, 2021. We are grateful for comments and engagement as we look ahead to the 250th anniversary of the Anza expedition. Follow the link to share your comments:
