(St. Louis) -The National Park Service is pleased to announce the winners of the "View from the Park" photography contest. The contest required participants to submit unique photographs taken within the boundary of the Jefferson National Expansion Memorial (JNEM) in three categories: nature, landscape and architecture. Contestants submitted pictures May 15 through July 31, to compete for an exhibition at the Gateway Arch. The following winning contestants will have their images displayed at the Arch August 15 through September 15: Architecture: Adult 1st:Jason Arand. St. Louis, MO, "Balloons" Architecture: Youth 1st:Elyse Mack. Olivette, MO, "Arch Madness" Landscape: Adult 1st:Dan Borders. Chesterfield, MO, "Winter Magic" Landscape: Youth 1st:Fred Behm. St. Louis, MO "Winter at the Arch" Nature: Adult 1st:Jim Trotter. St. Louis, MO, "Foggy Arch" Nature: Youth 1st:Linday Seib.
