Park Store

Honouliuli National Historic Site's official cooperating association, Pacific Historic Parks, is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the National Park Service (NPS) in preserving and interpreting the history of the Pacific region, with a special focus on sites related to World War II, to remember, honor, and understand. Through their initiatives, PHP educates the public about the war's profound impact on the Pacific region and its lasting legacies, promoting awareness, remembering the people who were involved, understanding the events that took place, and honoring the sacrifices made.

PHP works in partnership with the NPS to provide educational programs, historical research, and preservation efforts at several national parks, including:

The items in the Honouliuli National Historic Site section of the bookstore directly support the park's public programs, events, and operations. They offer a range of interpretive and educational materials including Honouliuli NHS themed items, books related to Japanese incarceration in Hawai‘i and on the mainland, and collectibles.
