Hampton National Historic Site is a great place for kids to explore! Kids of all ages are welcome to find their park while learning and experiencing new things. Whether its their first or 100th visit to a national park, there is always something new to experience and learn.

Junior Ranger

Explore! Learn! Protect! Kids of all ages can become a Hampton National Historic Site Junior Ranger and help park rangers protect Hampton and teach others about its importance.

Tours and Special Events

All of the activities offered at Hampton are kid friendly. Children are welcome to join guided tours under the supervision of an adult. Families are encouraged to tour the grounds and Lower Farm at their own pace. Special events offer childrens' activities, crafts, and learning opportunities.

Education Resources

National parks make great classrooms! Educators and parents can plan a field trip to Hampton, or download curriculum materials for use in the classroom or at home.
