Okaloosa is located between Destin and Fort Walton, Florida. Because of its distance from other Gulf Islands locations, it is typically less crowded, but still provides ample beach access, parking, and other facilities. There is no entrance station, but visitors should pay their fee using the collection box near the boat ramp, or buy a park pass online.
