In addition, a parking area, small corral and hitching rack would be constructed as an equestrian facility; construction of three group campsites; and construction of the Strawberry Creek - Blue Canyon trailhead. Three vault toilets, 1 per developed site, would be installed. Four new hiking and riding trails would also be developed. The proposed project would upgrade the existing road to provide two-wheel drive access.

Numerous sites associated with undefined dispersed recreation and pull-outs will be evaluated for resource impacts and reclaimed. Existing pipe culverts that block fish passage would be replaced with open box culverts.
