Planning plays an essential role in protecting and caring for the unique natural and cultural resources and facilities in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA). Park planners work with other park staff, outside experts, and interested members of the public to develop plans that ensure the thoughtful management and lasting legacy of our park resources. You can learn more about our planning process here.
