Equipment and Connection Test Call:

Up to a week before your Distance Learning program, a Ranger will schedule a Zoom call to conduct an equipment and connection test with you that should last 5-10 minutes.

  • The first time you connect, you'll need to download Zoom. The ranger will email you a link that prompts your download
  • The ranger will walk you through display settings, logistics, and expectations for the live classroom program.
  • Together you can troubleshoot and address any software or hardware issues you may encounter.

Connecting to the Program:

The ranger will send you an email invitation ahead of the conference call with a link to join the video conference

  • The link will only work during specific times, including your distance learning program.
  • "When prompted click "Open Zoom Meetings" and connect to the conference.
  • Click "Use same audio and video as system".
