Entrance Passes

An entrance pass is not required to access Frederick Douglass National Historic Site.

Other National Park Service sites may require an entrance pass or fee. Depending on your trip plans, an interagency pass may save you money.

Fees

There is no entrance fee. If you make a reservation to tour the historic house, there is a reservation fee of $1.00 for each reserved ticket for individuals and groups. School groups pay a special flat fee of $10.00.

Please note: You can only enter the historic house by being on a guided tour. Reservations are strongly encouraged.

Passes

Because the site does not charge an entrance fee, passes are not issued here. Learn more about the America the Beautiful - The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass series and fee-free days in the national parks.
