Fort Larned National Historic Site Announces Labor Day Weekend Event

LARNED, Kan — Over Labor Day Weekend Fort Larned National Historic Site will host a series of special events with the theme of “hands on history.” Throughout the 5th, 6th, and 7th of September, park visitors are encouraged to participate in programs, exploring the tangible aspects of Fort Larned circa 1868 to experience its history on a deeper level.The program schedule can be found on the park event calendar.
