El Morro National Monument will host an evening of stories and stargazing at the El Morro Area Arts Council Old School Gallery on Saturday, February 11, 2023.

Joining us from Canyon de Chelly National Monument is Ranger Ravis Henry. Ranger Henry is a Traditional Knowledge holder and storyteller from the Towering House Clan of the Navajo Nation. His family has resided in Canyon de Chelly since time immemorial. Henry will share stories about the night sky from a Navajo perspective. Following a 45-minute presentation, Ranger Henry will lead a constellation tour outside.

This free event will begin at 6:30 pm at the Old School Arts Gallery, located one mile east of El Morro National Monument on Highway 53. Bring plenty of warm layers for the outdoor portion of the event.
