DEATH VALLEY, CA – Death Valley National Park, and other National Park Service sites around the country, will be free to enter on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.

The free entrance day is to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Great American Outdoors Act, which provides substantial funding for maintenance of critical infrastructure in national parks and other public lands.  

Upcoming free entrance days are:
  • August 25 – National Park Service’s 105th birthday
  • September 25 – National Public Lands Day
  • November 11 – Veterans Day
