Spitfire

Spark has grown into a spirited and fearless little spitfire, with loyalty and curiosity that will undoubtedly lead her to many great adventures. She is showing great promise in team, always excited to be out on the trail with her fellow sled dogs.

As a puppy, she joined the big dogs on a patrol to Upper Windy Cabin, free running alongside the team as staff delivered firewood. Eager to learn, she quickly became the musher’s constant shadow, taking an inquisitive interest in every aspect of the operation—including the outhouse! Now as a "big dog" herself, she’s still right by the musher's side, always eager to be part of the action.

With her boundless enthusiasm, wiggly excitement, and determination, Spark shines as a valued member of the Denali sled dog team.
