Sharing Social and Emotional Recovery Concepts

This program will identify coping skills to help in the process of mental health mindfulness as well as share the process of mental health mindfulness through best practices of reflection, personal truths, and meditation for healing and transformation. Panelists will share available resources to garner collective mindfulness.
An American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be onsite for the program.

The Fifth Little Girl (a play on the life of Sarah Collins Rudolph)

On September 15, 1963, four young girls lost their lives when a bomb exploded at the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham. However, a fifth little girl survived the Sunday School blast – Sarah Collins Rudolph. The Fifth Little Girl tells the story of Sarah Collins Rudolph, the 12-year-old lone survivor of a Ku Klux Klan bombing that killed her sister, Addie Mae, and three other girls.
Sarah Collins Rudolph and her husband George will be in attendance.
