Accessibility

The Travertine Nature Center is wheelchair accessible, as are all the park's fishing docks and most of the restrooms. The park movie, shown at the Travertine Nature Center, is always shown with closed captions displayed.

The Travertine Creek area is extremely popular in summer, particularly on holidays and weekends. Parking often fills in this area, including accessible spaces. If visiting when rangers are directing traffic, please have your accessible parking permit displayed where rangers can see it and direct you to an accessible space, if one is available.

Wheelchair accessible campsites, restrooms, and showers are available in the Buckhorn and Point Campgrounds.

A variety of trails exist in the park. Visit our trails page for more information on each trail.

Braille editions of the park brochure are available in person at the Travertine Nature Center. You can also download a braille ready file of the park brochure or visit the webpage version of the park brochure for e-readers.
