Fort Oglethorpe, GA: It is the National Park Service’s birthday, and we hope you will visit Point Park, atop Lookout Mountain, to celebrate the National Park Service turning 101 years old. For this special day, Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park is waiving the entrance fee to Point Park on Friday, August 25, 2017.

Come enjoy the beautiful views of Chattanooga and its surrounding areas. During the day, ranger-guided tours are given at 11 am, 2 pm, and 4 pm. The tours begin inside the Point Park entrance gate and last approximately 45 minutes. We will also be selling the Lifetime Senior Pass for permanent US residents who are age 62 or older for $10 at the Point Park fee station.
