Victoria Fan, of Dublin, Ohio, proudly displays her "prized" catch of a small Hogfish that she caught with the help of Ranger Brian Przystawski at a National Park Service interpretive fishing program this past Thursday. The national park sites on the Outer Banks; Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site and Wright Brothers National Memorial offer over 230 free programs per week to park visitors throughout the summer months.
