Commercial Use Authorization Annual Checklist

Commercial Use Authorization operators, including applicants and current CUA holders, are required to submit the following items:

• General Commercial Use Authorizations
  • Submit your Annual Report for the previous year by February 1 through CUA Online System.
  • Submit your Monthly Use Report for the previous month of operation by the 4th of each month through CUA Online System.
  • Ensure that your insurance company has provided the park with a valid certificate of insurance and renewed certificates when they occur.
  • Provide an updated guides list when submitting application and as changes occur.
  • Provide the park with new advertising materials when submitting application and as they are updated or developed.
