Visitor Center Volunteers

Cabrillo National Monument receives about one million annual visitors from around the globe. Visitor Center volunteers are often among the first faces these visitors see when they visit the park. As these volunteers greet and welcome the public, they also help visitors plan and create experiences that will last a lifetime.

On any given day, Visitor Center volunteers answer questions about park hours and events, introduce park films and Ranger-led programs, and inspire a lifelong dedication to public land stewardship by swearing in Junior Rangers of all ages and backgrounds.
