News Release Date: October 24, 2011 The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus for solicitation of offers for a ten-year concession contract at Biscayne National Park. The scope of work includes providing boat tours, equipment rentals, water taxi services, limited food service and a small retail operation. This solicitation for commercial services is fully competitive. Any offer, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by 4:00 p.m. MST on Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
