Granada, CO – Amache National Historic Site is pleased to announce that ranger-led interpretive programs will be offered on site twice a month, beginning June 6th and running through August 15, 2025. These programs are free and open to the public.
Programs will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the reconstructed barrack located on site. Each program may include up to one mile of walking. Visitors are encouraged to bring plenty of water and to wear long pants and closed-toed shoes for their comfort and safety.
Program dates for summer 2025 are as follows: June 6, June 20, July 11, July 18, August 1, and August 15.
Programs may be subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. Visitors are advised to check the park’s website or follow the site’s official Facebook page for the most up-to-date information.
