Volunteer

Volunteers are an important part of the National Park Service! Can you can give us your time and talent for several months or for a few hours? Either way, we'd love for you to share your energy with our park!

Seasonal Volunteers

RV Positions available for summer season 2024.

Agate Fossil Beds National Monument has 2 beautiful, cement RV pads with full hook-ups within the ranger housing neighborhood. A short trail connects the neighborhood to the visitor center for volunteers working with the library, curation, or administration. The maintenance barn is within the neighborhood.

We need volunteers who are passionate about helping the park look amazing for our visitors and keeping it organized and well-run for our staff.

Please use the government volunteer website to find more information and to apply.
