Winter Hours Begin Saturday, Oct 1st!
New hours for the visitor center are from 8:00 - 4:00 daily. Winter hours run from October 1st through May 14th. Trails are open from dawn until dusk.
Visitors are encouraged to call ahead, check the website, or check our social media pages before driving to the park on snowy days. If we receive a lot of snow, the visitor center may have a delayed open or be closed for safety. We can get snow starting in October, however most of the heavy snow usually occurs in February and March.
