The following entrance fees apply daily:

The new entrance fees will be:

  • Private, non-commercial vehicle - $20.00
  • Motorcycle - $15.00
  • Per person, walk-in or bicycle $10.00
  • Commercial Sedan 1-6 people - $25.00
  • Commercial Van/mini-bus 7-15 people - $40.00

  • Commercial Bus -$100.00

All passes (Annual, Senior, Military &

  • Admits the cardholder and accompanying passengers in a single private vehicle, but does not cover more than one private vehicle.
  • Passes do not cover commercial vehicles.

Academic Fee Waivers

Thank you for your interest and request for information pertaining to Academic
Fee Waivers. Please read the following information carefully, for further
assistance contact the Chief Ranger Office at 406-638-3215 or 406-638-3222.

The Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act
(FLREA), Public Law 108-447, provides the National Park Service statutory
authority to allow "outings conducted for non-commercial educational purposes by
schools or bona fide academic institutions" to obtain a waiver of park entrance
fees. Commercial enterprises are not eligible for fee waivers, but school groups
using a commercial vehicle for transportation only may apply for a fee
