Voyageurs National Park Hosts Book Signing With Local Author

INTERNATIONAL FALLS, MN:The Rainy Lake Visitor Center will be hosting a book signing with local author and former Kettle Falls Hotel owner and concessionaire, Mike Williams. Mike will be at the center on Saturday, August 30, 2014 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm to sign copies of his book - Life at Kettle Falls.

Life at Kettle Falls tells of the Williams' family life growing up at the Kettle Falls Hotel. Park Ranger Justin Olson stated, "Reading this book is like sitting back, relaxing, and listening to Mike reminisce."

Copies of the book are currently available for purchase from the Jefferson National Park Association bookstores at all three park visitor centers.
