NPS Photo June 30, 2026 NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Painted Canyon Overlook, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, will be closed to the public from 7 p.m. on Tuesday June 30, 2026, until approximately 3 p.m. on Wednesday July 1, 2026, local time. The closure will include the Painted Canyon Visitor Center, parking area, comfort station, Painted Canyon Trail, and Painted Canyon Nature Trail. A map illustrating the closed park area is attached. Persons in this park area should remove themselves and any personal property by 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 30, 2026, local time. |
