Improve Your Physical Wellness
Even the smallest of movements can have a great impact on your personal wellness. The National Park Service Wellness Challenge offers you many opportunities to move. We welcome you to get out, explore, start a new habit, or try something new to benefit your physical health.
Challenge 3: Paws in the Park
Rediscover the beauty of the Ozarks natural ecosystems on a walk with your four-legged friend at your side. Pack a leash, additional water, and necessary treats to explore the great outdoors alongside your pet. Follow along as your dog takes the lead through the trails to new spaces.
