1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Planning to attend a ranger guided tour?
Tours typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour and involve walking less than half a mile on a trail primarily composed of crushed gravel. If you have accessibility needs or concerns, please consult a ranger at the front desk to learn about available accommodations.
To participate in a program, please stop by the visitor center. Most tours start on the lower deck of the visitor center overlooking Popes Creek. Programs are conducted rain or shine, with the majority of the tour taking place outdoors. In case of inclement weather, programs will be held in the visitor center theater.
The park also hosts special events and programs throughout the year. To find out about scheduled events and programs during your visit, please visit our event calendar page.
All events and scheduled programs are free, and no reservations or tickets are required.
