Solicitation for a Concessions Business Opportunity to Operate Interpretive Tram Tours and Other Services at Shark Valley within Everglades National Park

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contract to operate interpretive tram tours, bicycle rentals, retail, vending, bicycle and hiker pickup, and paddlecraft shuttle service at Shark Valley within Everglades National Park.

Submission of a Proposal

All offers must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus (September 16, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract. The prospectus describes the business opportunity and includes the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract.

Offers must be submitted via the process explained in the Proposal Instructions of the prospectus. Note that only the Offeror’s Transmittal Letter must be mailed. The remaining portion of the offer must be submitted electronically.
