The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a prospectus for the solicitation of offers for a 10-year concession contract to operate rustic lodging, food and beverage, alcoholic beverages, retail, stabling, and public showers at Charit Creek Lodge within Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area.

Submission of a Proposal

All offers must be received by the NPS by the date and time listed on the Inside Front Cover of the prospectus (October 20, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time) in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of a concession contract. Offers must be submitted via the process explained in the Proposal Instructions of the prospectus. Note that only the Offeror’s Transmittal Letter must be mailed. The remaining portion of the offer must be submitted electronically.
