July 4th Activities at Sitka National Historical Park

 

Sitka National Historical Park (June 28, 2012): This July 4th, join the staff of Sitka National Historical Park at the Russian Bishop's House for Independence Day activities.

Children's Games from Long Ago

10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Children of all ages are invited to participate in games and activities similar to those played by children during the Russian American Period.Games will be played from 10:30 to 12:00 p.m. on the lawn in front of the Russian Bishop's House.Parents and other adults are encouraged to attend.

Russian Tea Service Demonstrations

10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Join rangers from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for Russian tea demonstrations and Russian-era costumed interpretation.
