Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal will be open to the public free of charge on Tuesday, February 14th as part of the San Juan National Historic Site 63rd birthday.On February 14, 1949, San Juan National Historic Site was added to the National Park Service on what was then the US Army Fort Brooke.You are also welcome on the 14th to enjoy the LeLoLai Festival program which is held on Tuesdays in the main plaza of Castillo San Cristóbal from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

You are invited to take advantage of this free entrance day for visiting your Park.

San Juan National Historic Site is comprised of Castillo San Felipe del Morro, Castillo San Cristóbal, Fort San Juan de La Cruz (El Cañuelo), the San Juan Gate, Paseo del Morro and most of the City Wall.The fortifications are open every day from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. Admission to San Juan NHS is regularly $3 for adults to one fort and $5 for both; free for ages 15 and under.
