Oyster Bay, NY: Sagamore Hill National Historic Site announces that annual passes to the site are now available. For the cost of $20.00 area residents may purchase an annual pass to Sagamore Hill which will waive the Theodore Roosevelt Home tour fee for the cardholder and three additional persons for an entire year from the time of purchase.

According to Superintendent Tom Ross, “in these tough economic times the Sagamore Hill Annual Pass program is a real money saver for area residents who consistently bring family members, friends and out of town guests to Sagamore Hill over the course of the year.” Guided tours of the home are $5.00 per person (children 15 and under are free), so four adults on a one time tour would spend a total of twenty dollars.

The Sagamore Hill Annual Pass can be used only at Sagamore Hill National Historic Site.  However the site does carry a variety of National Park Service annual park passes including the Federal Lands Recreation Pass, Senior Pass, and the Access Pass to name a few.

Annual Passes may be purchased at the Sagamore Hill Visitor Center between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Presently the Visitor Center, Roosevelt home and Old Orchard Museum are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but will resume a 7 day operation after Memorial Day.  Please note the pass does not cover organized groups and Sagamore Hill is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen cards. We do not accept reservations for our daily tours and tours fill up on a first come, first served basis.
