Sagamore Hill National Historic Site will be closed on November 4th and 5th so that it can receive a much-needed utilities upgrade. New street lighting will be installed, and the nature and location of the work will require that the whole park be closed in order to ensure visitor safety.

The park will reopen on Wednesday, November 6th and normal visiting hours will resume. The Theodore Roosevelt Museum at Old Orchard and the park Visitor Center are open Wednesday through Sunday. The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the Visitor Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free interpretive programs are offered daily.

The Theodore Roosevelt Home and the park's nature trail remain closed due to the rehabilitation of the home and the rebuilding of the boardwalk over the marsh which was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy.
