Management Plans provide guidance to park managers. They often include an Environmental Assessment (EA) that evaluates alternative strategies. Some require an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) because of potentially significant impacts or controversial topics. Management Plans are made available for public review and comment during the proposal and implementation stages.
