Redwoods Rising Public Scoping

Greater Praire Creek Ecosystem Restoration Project

What Is It?

The National Park Service and California Department of Parks and Recreation are beginning the planning process to continue restoration efforts in the Greater Prairie Creek watershed in Redwood National and State Parks through forest and aquatic restoration, and road removal. The project is a partnership with the NPS, CDPR, and Save The Redwoods League under the umbrella of Redwoods Rising.
