Hōnaunau, HI – Pu‘uhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park, will be conducting helicopter operations for resource management purposes. This will require partial temporary Park closures from 6am-11am on September 14-15 and will include the Picnic Area and the 1871 Trail to the southern park boundary as well as the Coastal Trail. The park Visitor Center, Royal Grounds and Pu‘uhonua will remain open.
