Contracting and ProcurementPoint Reyes National Seashore has buildings to construct, roads to pave, wastewater treatment plants to operate, and leaky roofs to repair. National Park Service offices purchase furniture, vehicles, office equipment, and a host of other products. The National Park Service issues requests for quotes and proposals through the federal government's electronic business portals. Visit our Contracting and Procurement page for more information. Commercial Use Authorizations (CUAs)A Commercial Use Authorization authorizes an individual, group, company, or other for-profit entity to provide specific visitor services and operate within a National Park Service site. CUAs are required for entities that wish to operate within Point Reyes National Seashore and the northern district of Golden Gate National Recreation Area. CUAs are managed at the park level so application processes and fees may vary between NPS sites. Businesses operating road-based commercial tours that wish to visit Point Reyes National Seashore and the northern district of Golden Gate National Recreation Area are included within this requirement and must apply for a CUA and pay associated costs/fees. See the Commercial Use Authorizations page for more information. |
