Winter and Holiday Hours at Pipestone National Monument

Pipestone National Monument’s Visitor Center will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30am - 4:30pm in the months of December, January, and February. The Visitor Center will be closed on Sundays and Mondays.
The Visitor Center will also be closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.

The Circle Trail is open dawn to dusk 365 days a year. Restrooms are available on the northwest side of the building when the Visitor Center is closed.  
Should snow accumulate on the trail after January 1, snowshoes will be available to check out for free at the front desk (limited supply, so feel free to bring your own as well)!
