Pipestone National Monument will be hosting an Artist-in-Residence program this summer. Four artists will be chosen: one for each month of May, June, July, and August. Indigenous artists are encouraged to apply!
All artistic mediums are welcome, and each residency will last 7 days. Lodging will be provided in the town of Pipestone at no expense to the artists.
At the end of each residency, artists will receive a $1,000 reimbursement to cover the costs incurred by supplies, transportation, and food.
Application Deadline is April 1st.
Residency dates are:
- May 25th - 31st
- June 15th - 21st
- July 1st - 7th
- August 19th - 25th
