On Saturday, October 7, Pipestone National Monument will celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day from 8:00pm - 9:00pm!
Luminarias and lanterns will light the trail for a self-guided experience. Indigenous singers, musicians, and dancers will fill the prairie with the sounds and traditions of people who have called this site home for centuries. The trail is uneven and can be challenging to walk in the dark. Please exercise caution. Free cocoa and cider will be served in the Visitor Center while supplies last.
This event is free and open to the public.
