2023 SUMMER SEASONAL JOB OPENINGS

Help protect a sacred landscape for future generations. Summer jobs at Pipestone National Monument offer meaningful public service, career development opportunities, and competitive salary and benefits. This year, Park Ranger and Biological Science Technician positions are available. 

Most seasonal jobs are full-time, start in April/May, and run six months through September/October. “Student trainee” positions are open to current students and have flexible start and end dates. No park housing is available, but affordable options exist in Pipestone, Flandreau, and other neighboring communities.

All applications must be submitted through www.usajobs.gov.  Interested applicants should apply immediately on the date of posting if possible. Job announcements will automatically close once the target number of applications is met.  Anticipated posting dates for Pipestone National Monument positions are as follows:
